Set in Yellow Gold These Natural Opals Have Lots of Colour Within, Accentuated With The Traditional Twisted Rope Design Complimented By The High Polish Outer Rim.
The Setting is Solid With a Lovely Weight, The Backs are Open To Allow Maximum Light Flowing Through.
Setting Measures 17 mm x 14.5 mm and Protrude 4 mm From The Earlobe.
These Genuine Opals Originated From Coober Pedy, Southern Australia
Beautiful Opals Have a Measurement of 12 mm x 10 mm.

in 1956 the "Olympic Australis" was found - it is said to be the largest and most valuable Opal ever found. This amazing Opal weighs 17,000 Carats and was named in honour of the Olympic games which were being held in Melbourne at the time.
