Each Teardrop Opal Has Been Cut Double Sided, Wrapped In a 9ct Gold Rub Over Setting.

The Opals Measure Approximately 11 mm Long, 8 mm Wide and 4.2 mm Deep Each.

Both The Pendant and Earring Settings Including Loop/Ball Measure 20 mm High and 11 mm Wide.

This is a Beautiful Unique Set With The Opal Coming From Coober Pedy, Southern Australia

There Are A Mass Array of Colours Within The Opal - Greens, Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue.. All Pictures Are Taken In Natural Light.

in 1956 the "Olympic Australis" was found - it is said to be the largest and most valuable Opal ever found. This amazing Opal weighs 17,000 Carats and was named in honour of the Olympic games which were being held in Melbourne at the time.
