The Opal is From Lightning Ridge in Australia and The Jet is From Whitby Beach in The UK.

My Passion For Opal Comes in Too Many Forms Though Working With it and Finding The Edge of Where to Not Cut Down to Has Become an Art That I Adore.

I Have Left This Raw - Half Polished Which Creates an Impact In Itself!

The Opal is Full of Colour No Matter The Light it is in.

The Jet Measures: 36 mm Long By 29 mm Wide and 16 mm Deep

The Opal Measures: 16 mm Long By 11 mm Wide

The Leather Cord Has as Yet To Be Cut To Length So You Can Choose a Length Up To 22" Long,
The Ends and Fittings Will Be Sterling Silver.

We cut and polish in-house all Rough Opal - importing direct from our mines in Southern Australia direct to the UK.

in 1956 the "Olympic Australis" was found - it is said to be the largest and most valuable Opal ever found. This amazing Opal weighs 17,000 Carats and was named in honour of the Olympic games which were being held in Melbourne at the time.

Please Avoid Rapid Changes in Temperature i.e. Showering or Washing Your Hands in Hot Water, Fairy Liquid Over Time Can Be Abrasive Over Time Making Your Opal Dull - We Specialise in Re-Polishing Opals Especially Antique Opal.

Gardening in Any Jewellery Should Be a No No, Dirt is Abrasive and Will Scratch Your Gem Set and Gold/Silver Jewellery.

When Placing Your Jewellery in a Box Please Gently Pop Them Down, Try To Keep All Gemstones Separate

No Gemstone is Indestructible - Even Two Diamonds That Knock Together Can Chip Each Other.
